CAN I SELECT A TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?
Wild Rose deliver flowers between 11.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm or if we sell out prior to 1pm. Due to the high volume of flower orders we receive and the predefined delivery routes of our couriers we are unable to take time requests and guarantee an exact delivery timeWe are unable to accommodate requests for time specific deliveries for deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations.  



WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?
For delivery charges please enter the postcode of the recipients address to see relevant charge at the checkout.


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?
To check on the delivery status of your order please send us an email to wildrose.my@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.
 

CAN I DO RETURN?

Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. We offer customers refunds or replacement flowers if the flowers are not delivered to an acceptable quality.

 

WHY IS THE BOUQUET LOOKS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE?

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our supplier that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.



WHAT SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD I PROVIDE?
The more information you can provide about the delivery location the better.

Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or building concierge.

Residential Address: Please ensure that our dispatch will be able to gain access to the property. If the address is within a secure building please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or alternatively specify a safe location where the flowers can be left. If our couriers cannot leave the flowers in a safe location they will be returned to our warehouse and we will need to re-send the flowers. If we need to re-send flowers, an additional courier fee will be charged (min additional courier fee RM15).

Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE INCORRECT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?
Please ensure you provide us with the correct address for the recipient.

If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions we will not accept responsibility for the failed delivery.

If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver the flowers on the same day or another day. However, if this occurs we will charge a minimum courier fee of RM15.00 if we can send the same bouquet.
